Do we offer international delivery service?
We only deliver in Malaysia. Provide a Malaysian address for your order.
It’s a smart move for tenants to use either the company address or a city address to get their packages. That way, they can dodge the hassle of packages being left without anyone signing for them or express delivery services not being able to deliver on time to far-off places.
Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are dispatched from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
The rental period calculation.
Rentals are charged for a 3-day period, starting from the day before the pick-up until the day the item is returned. For instance, if you pick up the item on January 1st, use it on January 2nd, and return it on January 3rd. Please note that rental periods are not extended for public holidays.
Can the lease be extended?
If you need to request early or delayed delivery, please inform us in advance. The fee for extending the rental period by one day is RM5. Avoid extending on the same day to avoid inconveniencing others. Temporary extensions are not eligible for the rental discount and will incur a daily fee of RM10. Overdue returns will be charged RM10 per day until returned. The charge will be deducted from the deposit.

Enjoy free round-trip shipping and extra gifts with your order within the last 30 days. If you miss the free shipping promo, you will need to pay a return shipping fee of RM12. One-way shipping costs RM6.
When will the parcel arrive?
Delivery in Western Malaysia’s major cities takes 1 day, while other areas may require 3-5 days.
J and T Express is commonly used, depending on the local express service quality and holiday rest factors. Additional costs for using other express services in remote areas or for urgent deliveries must be paid by the lessee.

Will you provide a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number when our send a parcel.
When do I need to personally collect my package?
Each state has different levels of quality for logistics and transportation services. In certain situations, we are unable to control or provide instructions to the courier company. This includes specifying a delivery time, requesting a call before delivery, or temporarily changing the address. Unforeseeable risks, such as delays or losses, are inherent to express delivery services. We appreciate your understanding.
If any unexpected situation occurs (such as the parcel arriving at the branch but not being delivered on time / being delivered but no one signing for the parcel), the tenant is responsible for picking up the package from the nearest courier company.
Can I pick up in Johor Bahru?
Yes, you can.
We don’t offer in-person services. You can collect your item at Masai or Taman Molek in Johor Bahru. If needed, you can arrange for a third-party transportation service like Grab or Lalamove to pick up the item from us.
Orders must be placed within 3 days prior and will be shipped the next day. No same-day rush orders accepted.
How to measure tiger shoes?
Shoe sizes typically range from 11cm to 14cm.
To measure your baby’s foot for shoe size, use a ruler and measure from the heel to the big toe. Add 1cm to the actual foot length to determine the internal length of the shoe. Avoid using European sizes for this purpose.
Can it be used outdoors?
Please handle the shoes carefully when taking photos. Do not eat while wearing them and avoid stepping on muddy ground. If you use a real red tortoise cake, wrap it in cling wrap before letting the baby step on it.
Is it dangerous to use the “Zhuo Zhou” props?
“Zhuo Zhou” props are used in a Chinese tradition. Parents give objects to their child and ask them to choose one. The object they choose will show their future talents and interests.
Using “Zhuo Zhou” props is a safe cultural practice. However, parents and caregivers should always supervise the child during the ceremony and ensure that the objects are safe for their age.
Parents should always watch their baby closely. No biting or swallowing small parts. Keep an eye on them when playing with Zhua Zhua props.
Remittance Procedures Deadline
Please complete the payment for your reservation within 2 days. If you don’t, your order will be canceled to accommodate other customers.
Installment payments are not allowed. You need to pay the deposit and rent in full.
How much is the deposit?
The Zhuazhou package deposit is RM200. For renting costumes, props, and accessories, the deposit is RM100 each.
Can the deposit be refunded?
The deposit will be refunded within 3 working days when the returned package is confirmed to have intact and undamaged items.
How to join RM5 Cashback?
1: Share a picture on Facebook/IG and other media, tag #agigogo宝贝抓周趣.
2. Provide the customer service with a photo of the baby’s Zhua Zhou ceremony.
Participating implies that you give permission to publish on our Facebook page and other media platforms. The refund will be returned together with the deposit.
My package is delayed, what should I do?
If your package is delayed, here are a few steps you can take:
- Check the tracking information: Use the tracking number provided to keep an eye on the progress of your package. Sometimes, there might be delays due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Contact the courier or shipping company: Reach out to the courier or shipping company to inquire about the status of your package. They might be able to provide you with more information or help resolve any issues.
- Be patient: Delivery delays can happen for various reasons, and in most cases, the package eventually arrives. Give it some time, and hopefully, it will be delivered soon.
If the zhuazhou ceremony is delayed due to courier issues, we will handle it and provide solutions for smooth delivery.
Option A. Cancel the reservation and receive a full refund for unopened packages.
Option B: Postponing the Ceremony
The Ceremony date will be changed to avoid conflicts with the next customer. We apologize for any inconvenience and will offer a 5% discount on the rental fee as compensation.
Urgert order
If the parcel is delayed, the ceremony can be arranged the next day upon arrival, and no renewal fees will be charged. We do not accept requests for a full refund.
Received a Package, Found it Damaged or Missing?
Please check and inspect all items and clothing upon receiving the package. Notify customer service staff immediately if any issues are found. The tenant are responsible for any damages or losses discovered after the ceremony.
If you have received a package and found it to be damaged or missing, it can be quite frustrating. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
- Inspect the package: Before opening the package, carefully inspect it for any visible signs of damage or tampering. If you notice any external damage, take pictures as evidence.
- Check the contents: Open the package and check the contents to ensure that everything is included and in good condition. If any items are damaged or missing, make a note of it.
- Contact the sender: Reach out to the sender and inform them about the damaged or missing items. Provide them with all the necessary details, including photographs and any documentation that supports your claim.
How to return a parcel?
Returning is easy. Just package the parcel the same way it was sent. We’ll provide everything you need for return shipping, including necessary documents, packaging, and instructions. You don’t need to worry, the process is simple and easy.
Returned clothes? No problem! We’ll take care of the cleaning for you!
To return your clothing, hats, shoes, and accessories, you don’t need to clean them. Just put them back in the original box and place the box in a new shipping bag provided by us.
No need to return the gifts or flyers (there will be a sticker indicating this). If the box gets damaged during transportation and gets crushed, you can use tape to fix it. It’s okay if the box is damaged. If any clothing or accessories are damaged, please inform our customer service in advance.
How to return a package? Do I need to pay for the shipping fee upfront?
We will cover the cost of returning the package. We provide the AWB form online and there’s no need to pay for shipping at the location. Simply drop off the package at any nearby J and T express company before 4 pm the day after the coming-of-age ceremony. Take a photo as proof.
Do you provide a process guide?
A detailed guide on the traditional ritual of “Zhua Zhou” and the auspicious meanings of the items will be included.
Can I clean the clothing myself when I receive it?
The rented items have been disinfected/cleaned/ironed for your use. Please avoid soaking or cleaning them yourself. Take care of the rented items, thank you.
你们是否提供国际配送服务?
目前仅提供马来西亚配送服务,外岛/金马伦/云顶/其他国家不接单,请使用马来西亚(西马本岛)地址签收。
建议承租者选择使用公司地址或是市区地址接收包裹,以免无人签收包裹或是偏远地区快递无法及时派送。
你们从哪里发货?
我们从位于马来西亚柔佛新山发出所有的订单。
租期如何计算?
出租日期以3日计算(从抓周日前一天开始计算,到您寄出快递当天为止)-例如:1月1日取货,1月2日抓周当日用,1月3号归还。如遇公共假期(特殊归还日)无顺延租期。
可以延长租期吗?
如果因个人因数,要求提前寄送或是因故延后寄回,请提前通知,提早/延后一天的续租费用为RM5。请不要在当日临时延长租期,以免影响其他人租用权益,临时延长租期,将不享有续租优惠,将收取每日RM10续租费。逾期归还每1日收RM10租金,直到归还。将直接从押金里扣除。以快递系统电子记录为准 。
如何参加早下单享优惠(包邮)?
抓周日的前30天下单预约,可享来回包邮与额外赠品优惠。若错过包邮活动,承租者需自付来回运费RM12。单程运费是RM6。
快递什么时候送到?
在西马主要城市内运送,通常只需1天(隔天)来完成运输。 如果是偏远地区,则需较长时间,大约3-5天。
一般使用J and T快递, 视当地快递的服务素质/连续假期休息等因数。如遇偏远地区/急件发货,而使用其他快递所产生的额外费用,需由承租者自付。东马邮费请洽客服。
包裹寄出会提供快递单号吗?
我们会在你预定抓周日前3天寄出商品。发货即会通知AWB 单号,当日晚请自行上网 https://www.tracking.my 查看物流讯息,有时候物流更新速度较慢,隔日查看即可 。
请随时自行查看物流讯息,如遇任何快递运输问题,请在快递营业时间/日期内通知我们,可以让我们更快速联系到快递公司并做出适合的安排。
什么情况下我需要自己领取回包裹?
各州各个物流运输服务素质不同,遇到很多特殊情况的时候,我们无法掌控并且无法下任何指令给快递公司(含指定时间派送/派送前打电话通知/临时更换地址等等)。快递运输都要面对延误、遗失等不可预知风险,店主遇到类似情况也很无奈,请诸位多多包涵。收到包裹后,记得报平安。
如遇任何突发情况(如包裹已经抵达分行却迟迟未派送/派送却无人签收包裹) 承租者有责任需要自行到临近快递公司领取回包裹。
新山区可以自取吗?
无提供面交服务。新山自取在Masai或是Taman Molek。可以自行安排其他第3方运输公司如Grab/lalamove上门拿取。
最晚3天前下单,隔天发货/当日急件不接。
如何测量虎鞋?
请接受出货配件的款式与颜色有可能与照片略有不同,將不另行通知。 尤其虎帽与虎鞋均为手工艺品,每批颜色与表情皆有不同,玩具会有淘汰换新。
虎鞋一般发 12cm 或 13 cm 的鞋码,虎鞋最大码14cm 或最小码11cm。请用尺直接测量宝贝脚长(测量脚后跟到大拇指距离),宝贝实际脚长在加上1cm就是虎鞋的内长,勿使用欧码选择码数。
可以在户外使用吗?
提前收到/使用拍照完毕后请收好,请勿吃东西时候穿着并禁止自己清洗,虎鞋也禁踏出沾泥土(如使用真的红龟糕,请一定要包上保鲜纸,才让宝宝踩上),抓周结束后请立即放回原包装袋。仅提供室内拍照与抓周典礼使用。
押金是收多少?
抓周配套押金一律是收 RM200。收涎/单租服饰/抓周道具等等,押金一律是收 RM100。
押金可退还吗?
当我们收到归还的包裹,物品检查无缺或损毁,押金是3个工作日内以电脑转账退还。请提供本地银行户口号码和名字给客服人员。

包裹迟到了,怎么办?
如遇到快递因数而导致宝贝抓周礼延误,是租借双方都不想遇到的问题。我们会积极处理跟进让包裹顺利抵达,同时我们提供以下选择的解决方案:
选择 a : 取消抓周礼预约– 包裹之后抵达不签收和不开封下,直接按原件退回,我方全额退回。
选择 b : 延期抓周– 在不影响下一位顾客档期权益下另择日举办抓周礼。我方租金回扣5%。
急件寄出需由承租者自行承担运输风险,如包裹迟到可在抵达隔日安排抓周礼 ,我方不收取续租费用。不接受全额退款的要求。
收到包裹,发现损坏或缺失?
收到包裹当日,请依据发货清单小心核对检查所有抓周物品与服饰,如发现任何问题,请当日即可告知客服人员。如抓周礼结束后才发现物品有损毁或缺失,一概由承租者负责。
我需要自己准备盒子/快递袋子打包吗?
归还时候,把包裹按原寄去方式打包好即可,我们会提供所有一切邮寄归还所需要的文件、包装和所需。您完全无需担心,归还简单容易。
归还的服饰需要清洗吗?
服饰帽子鞋子和用具使用完毕,无须清洗,直接装回原盒子再放入全新的快递袋子(我们会提供)并将袋子封口即可。赠品/传单无需归还(会有贴纸注明)。如盒子在运输过程被挤压破裂,可用胶带固定修补(盒子坏了没关系哦)。如服饰用具有损坏,请提前告知客服人员。
如何归还包裹?需要现场支付运费吗?
我们会线上支付回程运费并打印好AWB单,不需要现场再给运费。承租者只需要在抓周隔日下午4pm前到附近任何一家J and T 快递公司把包裹投递到指定篮子即可,拍照存证。晚上检查物流系统确保有取件信息即可。
有抓周流程教学吗?
随包裹都会一起附送一张古礼抓周流程教学(含吉祥话教学)和物品寓意说明传单。
收到服饰,可以自己清洗吗?
出租前均已消毒/清洗/熨烫过,宝贝可以放心使用。使用前后请勿自行浸泡清洗,收到后如若不放心,可以自行使用消毒湿纸巾轻柔擦拭抓周用具。请爱惜承租物品,谢谢配合。
抓周道具会有危险吗?
我们的抓周道具已经经过筛选,市售的危险道具已经尽量淘汰掉,但是请家长务必陪同在旁并随时注意宝宝举动,禁止让宝宝将抓周用具/虎爷等等物品放入嘴巴中啃咬,将玩具上的漆吃掉或是误吞细小零件,造成危险。抓周用具服饰仅提供用来测试宝贝未来职业取向,不是专门设计给宝宝玩乐可以啃咬的物品。不要让宝宝单独使用玩具或重摔玩具,在大人的监督下完成抓周礼。
什么时候需要完成汇款手续?
下单后的2日内需要完成汇款手续,并拍下汇款证明才算预约成功。如逾期未完成汇款,为保障其他顾客权益,将直接取消您的订单,则需重新预约。不提供分期付款,需一次性缴付押金与租金。银行转账汇款请使用Instant Transfer 功能。
